These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitWear Pro website and the purchase of products through our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All our products sold by FitWear Pro are Country of Origin Vietnam & China. We guarantee only the high-quality of our products

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (Kosovo only). All online payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

You confirm that you are the authorised holder of any payment method used. We are not responsible for unauthorised use of payment details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kosovo only. All deliveries are free of charge with no minimum order requirement.

Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of FitWear Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this website without our prior written permission.

Brand names and logos (Nike, Under Armour, Eagle Mentalite) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site solely to identify products we carry.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonation
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
