How to Measure Yourself

Use a flexible measuring tape and measure in centimetres (cm) for the most accurate results. Stand straight and measure at the widest points.

Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
